FEATURES: His mediterrean background means he looks less pasty than most vampires and so appears lightly tanned.
ATTIRE: Lean, agile and muscular, with dark Romani looks, his longish black hair falls over his golden eyes & often captures an admiring gaze or two. He dresses in flowing poet shirts, elegant embroidered patchwork vests and black jeans. Can easily vary from romantic vagabond to sharply dressed formal. He is however almost always decked out in various pieces of jewerly, including numerous rings, bracelets, and earrings. It does tend to make him jingle, which is why he never wears it on a job.
INVENTORY: Almost always has some sort of coinage or stone to fidget with.
WEAPONS: Prefers Daggers, throwing knives and a rapier for real style.
VOICE: Husky, with a faint European accent.

FAMILY: Sister: Raven, who is the one who Turned him, per his Clan's traditions.
OCCUPATION: Thief, Information Broker, Acquisitons, Fence. Essentially, if someone's looking for something in the Underworld, they call Owl. He deals in information, gossip, secrets, hidden treasure, stolen goods, and reacquiring lost possessions. He has an impressive network of connections, and is known to always get the job done once he accepts it.

BLURB: He was born in Prussia, on the side of a road in a Romani wagon. He was raised in the typical Traveler fashion, and Embraced on his 25th birthday by his older sister. It was considered an honor among his Romani clan to be so chosen. Modern day may have done away with the Romani wagons of old, but he drives a nice Dodge truck with a custom giant fifth wheel camper on the back, done all in black with a great silver Owl airbrushed on the sides.. The windows are UV-proof and heavily tinted and curtained at all times.

ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Neutral
ATTITUDE: Owl plays into the stereotypes of his appearance and background. He loves a good bit of theater, and he leans into the vagabond personality, appearing care-free, flirtatious, and generally unthreatening. It usually works unless the person in question has heard of him, and then his reputation precedes him. He has, for a thief, a rather flexible moral code, but there are certain things he refuses to deal with, and no amount of money can buy what's left of his soul once he refuses a job. He will never admit it, but a good quest for justice almost always garners his client a deep discount.
QUIRKS: His weaknesses are his clans tendency for cleptomania, especially anything silver. Plants wither when he is near them, & his touch leeches heat from mortals, although it does not warm him. He has a fear of snakes.
LIKES: Old books, new technology, gossip, cracking a new safe, a satisfied client.
DISLIKES: Liars, slavers, cheaters, the sun, kale, any color in the pink spectrum, the smell of patchouli, and most reptiles.
VIRTUES: None. He admits to none, anyways.
VICES: Sparkly items, silver jewerly, a weakness for family, and Were.
HOBBIES: Stealing and flirting.

BLURB: Owl is a thief by trade, and a rogue at heart. He is a blatant hedonist, enjoys the luxuries of spending other people's money and wouldn't know the word relationship if it smacked him in the face. He likes to play, and the word "love" sends him flying like his namesake.. He's over 400 now, and a charmer by all means.

CLASS: If Owl had a class, it would likely be somewhere between rogue and bard.
WEAPONS: Daggers, throwing knives, various poisons.
POWERS: Owl possess the usual supernatural gifts, including strength, agility and speed of a vampire. He has an affinity for his namesake, the owl, able to call and summon them to his aid when they are nearby. He is also has some his Clan's gift in creating illusions, that was enhanced once he Turned, allowing him to create illusions that affect the mortal mind and even some supernatural ones, if their senses are dulled or not paying attention. His illusions are powerful, and complete in their sensory output- sight, smell, sound. If the illusion itself is touched, it disperses in smoke. He can also summon smoke and shadow around him to hide from sight, and even move from shadow to shadow if they are within his visual range.
ABILITIES: He can throw his voice, which sometimes helps keep the illusion going, but it is a stage trick, not an extra ability. He's very intelligent, and has a good grasp of hand to hand combat. He is a master thief and pickpocket and knows it.
